Moved a friend, it was hard, she has bronchitis, and we did what needed doing....we went till the last box fit into the second storage unit ...
In the middle of it all I got soul crushing news and I just couldn't cry or let it sink in... I have stayed close friends for over 20 years with my high school boyfriends mom....she has been instrumental in my belief of self, every decision, every choice I made she supported without question....
She has been a life long Christian scientist and therefore truly didnt do doctors but when I told her my reasons for getting a life band she read up on it and sent articles on keeping my nutrition up and always asked about my pagan ministery was going....when her husband died she rallied and found new meanings to her everyday life and she hit her early 70's with great health and a great attitude and last night she simply went to bed and didn't wake up....I know in my heart it's the best outcome one could hope for but it still hurts

Ok so today we took tour at coop and learned about GF food and substitutes for snacking it was informative and I let E drive there so it was an interesting ride there lol but we also learned that luci is going to have to get a job and me a second one to feed her lol oh well she has enthusiasm and is asking questions which was great so we shall see.....so I have a question is soy lectin the same as regular soy I ask because lucis favorite ice cream says it has soy lectin and isn't labeled GF but the one ice cream that was listed soy lectin in the ingredients so is it different like tamari is ok but not soy sauce

Ok so I get it universe I fought this because I am lazy and I see this as being a fate of constant issues but after three weeks of Lu not eating gluten as much as she can figure out she is sooooo much happier she is eating without anxiety and not getting over distended belly from hell so I give up ...I need easy as possible receipts for bread....I need to know if rice has gluten....I need to know the hidden places for this stuff that I can't figure out and I need to acknowledge that a kid who is so athletic and eats protein and salad is going screw up and eating stuff and scream and writhe on my couch..

In honor of cinco de mayo ...This is my first attempt ever at my moms receipe for ceviche it will marinate overnight....2 1/2 pounds of fish and an insane amount of squeezed lemons no seeds brace yourselfs barbian wine and cheese friends you get to eat this tommorrow night it gets served with slivers (that's gonna be tricky I hate cutting onions) of red onions on top and with a potato underneath to give you a break from the lemon and spices of course...I will let you'll know how it turns out.

Did I mention that this all had to be shopped for and prepared on a weekend we had four circus shows and the mayday parade wheeeeeee!!!!!!
